在阿联酋（迪拜），可以说最麻烦也最令人担心的事情就是被捕。一般来说，被捕都是很突然的，可能你啥都不知道，就突然“进去”了，对于很多人来说，这一定会造成不小的打击。

2.买卖工作签证，结果你的“员工”或“公司”出事儿了，你自己还不知道。
3.合伙做生意，被合伙人坑了。
4.帮人接收快递包裹，结果内含毒品。
5.室友或合租者违法出事，被误认为同伙。


记住一个有效电话


首先，你一定要记住至少一个家人或者朋友的电话号码，因为手机会被没收。你查不到，但如果记住号码，局子里面有座机，还是可以打电话出来的，把你被捕的消息传达出去，寻求帮助。
如果你有资产，也可以做授权申请请律师，或者授权给家人朋友处理你的资产。
如果你实在没有记住的号码或能帮助你的人，那么就告诉警察或者狱警说要联系China Embassy /China consulate（中国大使馆或领事馆）。


亲友在迪拜失联了怎么办？


如果有亲友在迪拜失联了，那么也可以做出“可能被逮捕”的判断。这个时候可以想办法寻找下在迪拜的人或在迪拜的微信群，发布相关的寻人启事。（P.S.迪拜有很多地方商会，如广东商会、福建商会、湖南商会等，可以尝试找失联人所属地的商会寻求帮助。）


关于保释


保释就是“取保候审”的意思，通俗的描述就是 —— 把人从监狱、警局里捞出来。但保释出来后，案件并不等于没有了，案件还会继续。不过如果案件证据非常不充分，检察院有可能会驳回（拒绝）该案件， 这种情况，才是真的没事了。如果有证据，检察院一般会把案件转到法院，在法院开庭判决。
比如：杀人/打架/抢劫/毒品 这类证据确凿的，基本都会开庭。因此，并不能直接就说保释出来后，就没事了。
