认证介绍

COC证书是很多国家的要求，出口沙特、伊朗等中东地区的货物，进口国海关需要进口商提供经承认的国际认证公司对该批货物出具的符合性证书(COC,certificate of conformance). 其中SASO（阿拉伯标准组织）规定，进口货物必须要有COC清关证书。沙特阿拉伯王国针对本国进口货物实行产品符合性认证。所有产品都要求携有符合性证书也称为Saudi CoC证书，这样产品才能在沙特海关完成进口清关。

适用产品范围

管制产品包括抵达沙特阿拉伯境内，除军事设备、医疗器械和食品以外的所有消费品。

法规要求

· 进口产品须遵守SASO认证计划（ICCP）。
· 所有进口管制产品都需要由原产国官方组织实体授权签发CoC。
· 每新一批装运都需要持有注册证书（CoR）和CoC证书。在CoR证书有效的情况下，重复申请同一产品的CoC认证，可以缩短认证周期。
· 需要由认可测试实验室开展测试工作。
· 所有进口寄售的货物必须注明原产国不可拆除。
· 符合SASO 及IEC标准
· 以上提及，具有通讯功能的产品需要符合EMC标准。

其他

沙特COC认证指导
· CoC需要开展装运前检验工作（PSI）。
· 沙特阿拉伯有关当局可能会从进口寄售的货物中随机取样，以核查是否符合标准。
· 如果货物抵达沙特阿拉伯的任一港口但没有CoC证书，则这些货物将被拒绝入境或要求由当地认可测试实验室进行产品测试。
