涉不法经营赌博洗黑钱 陈蔡两人移交检院

继去年11月轰动一时的周案后，再有两名本澳商人因涉嫌经营不法赌博及清洗黑钱被司警拘捕。司警前日下午采取行动，于新口岸区某酒店拘捕两名男子，并搜出折合410万港元现金及多台电脑及伺服器。

涉案人姓陈，男性，49岁，澳门居民，报称商人；另一涉案人姓蔡，男性，39岁，澳门人，报称商人。

司警今日早上10时举行记者会，发言人透露，警方自2019年主动根据情报开展调查，并对去年11月的案件后续跟进，发现案中两名疑犯涉嫌不法经营赌博及“赌底面”，其中陈姓男子负责经营及操控相关犯罪集团，而蔡某则从旁协助。经分析及调查，警方前日采取拘捕行动，于新口岸区某酒店拘捕两名疑犯，调查期间二人拒绝合作，未有回应警方提问。

随后警方到疑人路凼城住所及皇朝区办工地点搜索，搜出大量电脑、伺服器、硬盘、文件及折合410万港元的现金。

司警表示，虽然两次行动针对不同团伙，但有充分证据显示两个集团均共同从事相关不法犯罪行为，并以不法经营赌博、清洗黑钱及犯罪集团对二人落案起诉，记者会结束后随即移交检院跟进。
