最近胖哥有点心烦，因为，

好几个认识的人在迪拜被抓了。

为什么被抓，理由各种各样，有的是因为卖酒，有的是因为经济纠纷，理由各种各样，

路过迪拜龙城的龙头时，

胖哥我见过好几次查酒驾的。

不要觉得迪拜好像对酒驾不管，只要被查到一次，

3W迪拉姆的罚款+驱逐出境。

有很多人不知道，

驱逐出境的机票是你自己花钱。

阿联酋这个国家，12%本地人，88%外国人，但是这里依然是中东最安全的城市，

你猜猜，靠的是什么？

我想，在社会治安方面，人家一定是有大数据的，单位时间里，印度人，巴基斯坦人，孟加拉人，埃及人，中国人，

哪国的犯罪率高，就重点打击谁。

而最近，在迪拜，哪个国家的人的犯罪率高？

你去看看咱们国家领馆的公告里怎么说的？

“已成为当地社会一大公害”。

所以，你发现没有：

龙城里的警察下午就开始巡逻，晚上还搭配骑警。

还有，老迪拜们可能都知道，

在以前，迪拜车辆年间过期，问题不大的。

最近，周围的很多人，

车辆被智能扣押的越来越多。

经过可靠谣传，胖哥得到的未经证实的消息是：

以往年检过期，除非碰到警察叔叔拦车检查，不然不会被扣押，但是最近，

迪拜好像换了一批智能摄像头。可以自动识别车辆年检状态。

只要是没年检，这个摄像头一过，就自动判定为，

智能扣押，如果想不扣车，每天150迪。

在迪拜的好多人都是旅游签，所以他们需要，

3个月续签一次。

因为成本的原因，绝大部分人选择做阿布扎比的旅行签证，但是阿布的政策和迪拜不同。

如果逾期不续签，为其办理签证的旅行社是要承担高额罚款的。

所以旅行社为了不承担罚款责任，就有一个骚操作：

单方面把签证者拉入移民局黑名单。

这样，旅行社就不用承担连带责任。

很多持有旅游签的人，手机号码经常更换，

移民局联系不到他，旅行社也联系不到他，自己也忘记了续签时间，然后就产生了高额罚款。

胖哥的一个朋友就因为这个事，在第一时间即使发现后处理，即便这样：

罚款+续签还是花了将近一万迪。

还有人因为可能需要长期留在迪拜，所以想着干脆：

买个长期工作签证。

还有人专门注册公司，专门卖工作签证赚钱。很多人问胖哥能不能做这个业务，胖哥总说：

你们是真不知道怕啊。

根据胖哥既不专业也不权威还不准确的零星知识知道：

在阿联酋买卖签证是违法的。

理论上的雇主可以直接拉黑办签证的人，到移民局报“逃逸”，而办理签证者，

可能不会收到任何通知。

但是如果你去警局或者任何公共场所办事，就会被当场拘留，或者是离境时，在机场走不掉。

另外，办理签证者也因为雇主没有“按时按月”的发放工资，可以到劳工部起诉雇主“拖欠工资”。

那么，如果买卖工作签证的双方，

彼此守规矩行不行？你猜呢？！

如果卖签证的单位是龙城的某家公司，买签证的人是在某个灰色或者黑色场所上班（赌场，KTV这些），一旦警方端了这个场所，

你的签证单位场地并不是在你工作的场地啊。

你猜，双方会不会承担责任？！

这些事情，都不新鲜，

老迪拜应该知道，几年前，迪拜有个特别牛的卖签证的人叫，

张X虎。

牛逼吧？又咋样？后来不还是出事了？被驱逐出境。

胖哥没有什么宗教信仰，这是我一直以来，

特别遗憾的事情。

不论是伊斯兰教，基督教，天主教，东正教，佛教，

参拜，礼拜，敬拜，跪拜。

那些教众不管信啥，首先最重要的一条就是：

要有敬畏心。
