Choosing wines that will taste good with Indian food can be a pairing challenge. With an assortment of herbs and seasonings, savoury and spicy flavors, and rich textures, Indian food can be as varied as the world of wine.
For most Filipinos, the idea of Indian food and wine pairing may be intriguing. However, excitement lies in uncovering mysterious matches such as the yogurt and bready flavors of Dahi Puri with a crisp white, or the smoky Tikka Masala with a full-bodied red.
For next month's FOOD & WINE PAIRING, Wine Story Academy is partnering with Naan - Indian Street Kitchen, a new Indian resto that caters to the Filipino as exotic flavors are customized to fit the local palate.
Class will be on SEPTEMBER 29, 2018 from 6pm to 8pm at Wine Story Shangri-La. Class fee is P2,500 per person.
