Why does your company want to participate in G2E? 博咨询：為什麽您的公司想參加G2E?
G2E Asia is one of our operators and potential operator clients favourite shows as a) it’s in Macau (and we all love that, both for the convenience and travel and the nightlife ) it has a real Asian market focus. So much of the online industry is driven from suppliers sitting in Israel or South Africa with Western “one size fits all” perspectives and limited exposure to Asian players and preferences, G2E gives us the ability to stand out as our content is very Asian-targeted. What is your design concept of this exhibition? 博咨询：您公司參加展會的設計理念是什麽？
We’re emphasizing how RTG Asia is “More Than Just ‘More Slots.’” We have new technology, RTG Engage, integrated into our games that actually maximize players’ lifetime value by responding to player behavior triggers. For example, a player has a “fast bust out,” a poor slots experience where they only lose, we can pop up an offer to rebate their losses or offer free spins to compensate and keep them playing.But, of course, we are also delivering very innovative new slots, such as our “Millennial Fish Attack in 4D” which is the first RNG “slot” machine that’s a “first person shooter”…. And if the fish hits your screen before you hit them, your phone vibrates on impact. That’s 4D! We’re more than just “more slots.” By responding in real-time to player behavior, e.g. fast bust out or a big win, we’re able to keep our players playing longer—maximizing their lifetime value. Our focus on Asia means many of our games are specifically designed by Chinese game developers who understand local player preferences for volatility, RTP, jackpot timing. It’s not just changing the title and characters to Chinese, we’re building games that are reviewed and approved by our operators’ players. Any industry will face some problems that need to be solved. In your opinion, at present, what is the biggest problem of the industry? 博咨询：每一個行業都會面臨一些難題，對您來說，目前行業最大的難題是什麽？
There’s a glut of me-too slots and it can be difficult and timely for players to discover what games they actually like. Operators need to work closely with their content providers in order to give the player the most positive experience possible… That’s what will keep the players loyal! Focusing ONLY on the slots and not the players whole experience is what creates the high churn numbers operators are seeing. RTG：現在市面上有很多相似的老虎機，所以如何做出真正讓玩家喜愛的遊戲是我們現在面臨的最大難題。我們了解到，造成運營商客戶流失率高的主要原因是：運營商只關註開發遊戲，而不是玩家的用戶體驗。因此我們需要充分了解客戶需要，致力給玩家提供源源不斷的驚喜，讓玩家對我們的遊戲保持最高熱誠。
Could you share some opinions about gambling industry market’s new opportunity in the future？ 博咨询：您能否就未來菠菜行業的新機遇發表一些您的意見和看法？
We’re breaking new ground with our 3D and 4D games and look to continue to build innovative games as well as the new mechanisms that respond to players behavior. We are focused on Asia, but also on a broader demographic than “traditional slots players” as their numbers will decrease in the future as we’ve seen in more mature markets. Concerns? Yes, one. Online gaming has always been a challenging place to operate, with regulators and governments becoming more aware of the income potential from the sector and increasingly more WARY of many of the operators. However, our concern is that due to the rapid merger and acquisition or operators we’ll see a decrease in innovation and those behemoths will look to maximize their own profits by further standardizing and commoditizing their products and communications. That said, with their pre-occupation of their market values and cost-structures, nimbler firms will have more room to innovate and grab market share from the lumbering giants.
