Prepare
First - Wash and clean a potion of rice good for you .
Second - Throw away all the water and put the rice into a container .
Third - Put the container with rice on top freezer . ( the place that can make Ice ) . For 1 days or more ....


Cook
First - Cook some hot water good the congee
Second - When water is cooked then put all the rice from the container to cook .
Third - Wait for 10 minutes and its done


Tips: You may prepare few box for the container on top of freezer . So next time you can just easy cook .

congee seems hard too eat :)   some sauce it's hard to taste.   :D

If use a normal rice to cook porridge ( congee ) need to take about 1hour or 1 and half hour to cook . But if you cook the porridge with the rice that you put on top of freezer . Then you only need 10 mins to cook this porridge . You may try 1 time  then you will understand . Because when the rice are froozen and the rice fiber will destroy by the frozen . So thats is why can be done in 10 mins
