as a foreigner, if your english not well.  and you wanna made some philipino friends or other country guys.    what are you gonna do ,    though wechat or ...facebook....or some local  bar...     which ways you used or you are planing to do it.:)

normally the ladies here speak basic english.. as long as you are not better than them.. they would like to make friends with you.
But if you are better than them,.. they wouldn't want to speak to you.. LOL! from my experience.. try on chatting apps like wechat, beetalk, tinder.. these are the apps they use often. =)
