岗位需求

有一二线互联网背景，参与过高并发，高可用的架构设计，经历过大数据的洗礼；

具有良好的协作沟通能力，高度的责任心与职业道德；

至少五年以上golang开发经验；

熟悉golang mpg调度,runtime,garbage collection等原理；

深刻理解mysql、redis、kafka、es的底层机制及它们与其他对应组件对比的优势与劣势；

深刻理解tcp/ip,http,websocket等协议；

对tidb的底层实现有深刻理解可以作为加分项；

岗位职责

发现系统问题及性能瓶颈并给出解决方案；

协助团队攻克各种高并发，高可用，系统解耦等方面的技术难关；

制定代码规范，测试规范，控制开发质量，提高后端整体的开发，分析问题的能力；

从架构层面与运维沟通并协助他们排查一些部署，网络问题；

Job Requirements:

1. Strong Android development skills, familiar with practical Android application development and design patterns.

2. At least 2 years of work experience in the field of Android development.

3. Proficient in Java and Kotlin development, with knowledge of other programming languages such as Python.

4. Familiarity with development tools such as Android SDK, Android Studio, Git, etc.

5. Familiar with common network protocols and architectures, such as HTTP, TCP/IP, etc.
